The Historic Yeater Barn Frame, circa late 1840’s barn is for sale. This original built barn measures 40’ x 100’ and 5 20’ bays offering you plenty of room to move around in this impressive barn. In 1917 this barn was dismantled and moved ½ a mile and new rafters were installed along with a 40’ x 60’ addition. The roofline in this barn is in great condition with newer full size 2” x 6” saw cut rafters. This frame has large 12” x 12” tie beams and a rare, almost clear span center bent.
